Already selling well are these 100% soya scented candles made in Scotland...ranging from £ 5 - £ 20. There are plenty of ideas in our shop for your mum, from local hand-made silver & gold jewellery to beautifully boxed soaps & bath oils, notelets & cards, framed prints and books for all interests.

OPEN FOR THE SEASON

After a few weeks' rest, we're now open 7 days per week and are expecting lots of deliveries of the new stock for the gift shop this season. With locals (and tourists) in mind, we've extended our range of cards for all occasions, babywear and childrenswear as well as new gifts you won't see in other places. Come and have a wee look!

EVERYTHING we serve is HOME-MADE!!!!!! From our tasty soups to all our dressings, sandwich fillings and specials. We use Scottish produce in all of our dishes...free-range chicken, Scottish beef, award-winning Ramsay's bacon, haggis and black pudding, FREE-RANGE eggs from Morar, Inverawe smoked salmon. We never cut corners and rest assured our stuff is good.

Delicious things on our special board this weekend....we've got some locally-reared lamb for our Lamb & Rosemary hotpot followed by Chocolate & peanut butter cheesecake. Can't get much better!

Weekend 20th - 21st November

Our Thai chicken noodle soup is to die for!! Come and try it this weekend. Also, on Sunday we have Steak & Guiness pie (made with local beef from Barbreck Farm, south of Oban) served with new potatoes & vegetables. If you have room, squeeze in a bit of layered dark & white chocolate cake along with a delicious illy coffee....

Our specials are continuing through the winter months...this weekend we'll have home-made cottage pie as well as our full menu, chocolate & walnut tart and piping hot apple pie with Cream o'Galloway ice-cream.

Christmas stock now in!

Bit early, but we've got a few things in for Christmas! Unusual decorations, pretty cards, cowboy santas (!). We also have a good range of Joanna Hunter knitwear from Shetland, organic cotton babywear, diaries and calendars, and the new Gorjuss range of cards, gifts and bags.
