We use Scottish produce in all of our dishes...free-range chicken, Scottish beef, award-winning Ramsay's bacon, haggis and black pudding, FREE-RANGE eggs from Morar, Inverawe smoked salmon. We never cut corners and rest assured our stuff is good.
